Success Cases of AcroRed iSCSI Cloud Storage： New
  1. Virtualization Application： New
    • Foxconn had built our high end of iSCSI Cloud Storage supporting VMware ESX Server 4.0 running 200 Guest OS in their Cloud LAB in Kaohsiung.
    • Chiayi City Government had built our iSCSI Cloud Storage supporting VMware ESX Server 4.1 running 20 Guest OS.

  2. Cloud Disk Space Application： New
    • Hsin-Chu City Government had built 400TB of our iSCSI Cloud Storage for 4,000 teachers (100GB of Cloud Disk per teacher) to access data anywhere.
    • Yuan Ze University had built our high end of iSCSI Cloud Storage to provide Cloud Disk for 3,000 teachers and students.
    • Sweeten Real Estate Development Co. had built our iSCSI Cloud Storage to provide Cloud disk space for their employees and conduct Remote Replication for data protection.

   We are pleased to announce that AcroRed achieved an excellent throughput performance on its’ AIS-U16TG.
  AIS-U16TG, a 16 bays iSCSI Storage with dual 10GbE interfaces, was tested by IOMeter and reached to an incredible throughput performance at 1,100 MB/s.
  This experiment used 16 SATA hard drives (WD CaviarBlack, 640GB, 7200RPM, SATAII) to build a RAID 0 volume. Then, iSCSI target built 4 iSCSI LUNs on the volume. We used a powerful PC with 10GbE NIC to connect to the storage and tested the 4 iSCSI LUNs by IOMeter. The following picture illustrated the result of this experiment.
